Fixed barrels: they have a multiplier of 4 now

Does the quality of the components/barrel have any effect on this?

It does not appear that the stats on the subcomponents IE power conditioner and control unit or the resource stats matter in the final craft using barrels. Each barrel has a fix multipler regardless of stats on it.
