Fairly certain that's just from the base SWGEmu.
Shouldn't be too hard to update this yourself, you'll probably have to do some in-game testing to get an approximation of the raised damage values, but that should be relatively easy.
Pikeman changes for Revelation:
Raised Bleeding damage from Action Hit 1 and 2
Raised Damage for Leg Hit 3 and Spin Attack 2 Skills
Pole arm stun2 does now additional posture change,
Pole arm Hit3: removed posture change but damage is increased
Pole arm Hit2: does now an additional blind
It'd probably be a fair assumption that raised damage values match something like swordsman to make pikes more viable, but that's just an assumption.
