[Fixed] heavy rocket launcher speed=20 and heavy particle beam accuracy=10, in Tier 1

Add Melee Damage Mitigation 2 to Master Box
Add Melee Damage Mitigation 1 to Field Tactics 1
Add Melee Defense + 5 to Field Tactics 3
Add Melee Defense + 5 to Field Tactics 3
Add Kockdown Defense + 5 to Field Tactics 2
Add Kockdown Defense + 5 to Master Box
Add Throw Weapon Accuracy +10 to Master Box
Add Acid Rifle Speed +5 to Master Box
Add Flamethrower Speed +5 to Master Box

Add specific Heavy Weapons Speed & Accuracy to the CA/AA/Stats Loottables

Mines: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources
Granades: Thermal/Proton/Cryoban/imp. Thermal - make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources
Flamethrower: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Rocket Launcher: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Heavy Acid Beam: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Heavy Particle Beam: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Heavy Lightning Beam: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
