[Changed] Tusken Rifle to Kinetic DMG

Lowered the needed skills for repairs to WS, AS and Tailor NOVICE

Shieldgenerators have now more condition, Crafting need more Resouces
Nightsisterlance raised DMG, Armorpiercing changed from nothing to light
Vibrolance small raise in DMG
Vibro Axe small raise in DMG

Mines: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources
Granades: Thermal/Proton/Cryoban/imp. Thermal - make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources
Flamethrower: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Rocket Launcher: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Heavy Acid Beam: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Heavy Particle Beam: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier
Heavy Lightning Beam: make more DMG, Crafting need more Resources, tweak in speed and acc modifier

Raised Carbine damage: Minimum and Maximum damage Raised by 20 Points
Raised CDEF Weapons damage: Rifle with 20 damage and Pistol with 10 damage
