Patch notes Raw are now Final notes for the next patch

We decided to split the Merge into smaller parts, so here is part 1 :)

Merge means we take the took the SWGemu code to update the Gamemechanics but stay on our Revelation values and extended codeparts. So not all points in the list are true, on several we have own code and havent replace them.

Till Friday is now extended Test phase and on the weekend where i have 24 h time for the server we will apply the patch.
